Nurse Samantha was amazing and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. She checked on us and even gave my son a toothbrush and toothpaste. DeeDee is the best NP!

We love Sara Holcomb. I try and schedule my kids appointments with her everytime. She is so patient and explains things to where me as a parent can understand them plus takes the time to hear my thoughts and concerns.

Brights pediatrics always goes over and beyond to make sure my son is taking care of rather that’s a sick visit or a well check visit. I wanted to also mention Katlyn Bell that works at brights in billing and insurance. I had a sudden change with mine and my son’s insurance and I was searching everywhere and couldn’t find anything brights would be able to accept. She gave me her email and told me once I got my insurance cards email them over and she would look herself to make sure they accepted it. Sure enough Monday morning came and she responded right away, that my son’s insurance would be accepted and she got it updated in his chart right away so he can continue seeing doctors there. We have always been able to get in and get out any day of the week when I call for sudden appointments, everyone is always nice & polite, and most know my son by name time they see his little face. By the end of every visit he’s cheesing coming out of their office. Thanks bright pediatrics! We love you guys!!!

The ft o location is wonderful! Everyone, from office staff to the nurses and doctors, are phenomenal! I have had nothing but great experiences at the location. My 2 girls absolutely love Dr Townes! Dr Townes genuinely cares about my kid’s health and is interested in their hobbies. The nurses are very nice and funny and help to put my kid’s nerves at ease. Even the staff working in the office have a great attitude. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a great group of people that want the best for your child.

Dr. Townes is a wonderful doctor! She was very knowledgeable and her professionalism was very apparent during my newborns one month check up. We did not feel rushed and all our questions were addressed and answered. She was such a huge help with me being a first time mom. Thank you for taking such great care of my newborn. It was a blessing.

So far they're excellent with my newborn. You can get emergency appointments same day or early morning next. They allow 15 minute late time limit which as a new mom juggling on just how long it actually takes to get myself ready and a new baby is a challenge. I find it to be kind of them as we adjust to new things. I thought I gave myself plenty of time get ready and learned quickly I was wrong. So I called the lady in office and she was nice about it and I made it within my 15 minute window. Thank you to everyone I've met so far! No complaints!

The front desk ladies are always so welcoming & extra sweet to everyone ❣️ this practice loves taking care of kids… we’ve been going here for 9 years … it doesn’t matter which Dr we see they make my kids feel loved & my kids never fuss about going (even when it’s a shot visit ) Miranda & Shay are a few of our other favorites 🌺

We switched to Bright Pediatrics in Fort O after my daughter’s first pediatrician was filled with awful experiences. Switching was the best decision we have ever made!! Every single time we go we feel like we are apart of a big family. Every single staff member is so kind and always welcoming us with a warm smile. My daughter absolutely loves Bright Pediatrics! They explain everything they are going to do before they do it to both us, her parents and to her. I can not brag on this office enough! We love you bright pediatrics in fort o!

We love Bright Pediatrics. Everyone is just wonderful! They never rush through our appointments, every doctor is amazing, & always answers all of our questions! (No matter how many we ask.) They make sure that they explain everything & never leave us with any questions or confusion. All of our children are seen here & we have never had a negative experience. The wait time is never long at all. Which is something that we appreciate. Just being a large family is busy, with never enough time, so we appreciate being able to get our children's visits knowing that it isn't going to be an all day task. We love all of the doctors here!
