• Hayley H We switched to Bright Pediatrics in Fort O after my daughter’s first pediatrician was filled with awful experiences. Switching was the best decision we have ever made!! Every single time we go we feel like we are apart of a big family. Every single staff member is so kind and always welcoming us with a warm smile. My daughter absolutely loves Bright Pediatrics! They explain everything they are going to do before they do it to both us, her parents and to her. I can not brag on this office enough! We love you bright pediatrics in fort o!

• Andrea B Brights pediatrics always goes over and beyond to make sure my son is taking care of rather that’s a sick visit or a well check visit. I wanted to also mention Katlyn Bell that works at brights in billing and insurance. I had a sudden change with mine and my son’s insurance and I was searching everywhere and couldn’t find anything brights would be able to accept. She gave me her email and told me once I got my insurance cards email them over and she would look herself to make sure they accepted it. Sure enough Monday morning came and she responded right away, that my son’s insurance would be accepted and she got it updated in his chart right away so he can continue seeing doctors there. We have always been able to get in and get out any day of the week when I call for sudden appointments, everyone is always nice & polite, and most know my son by name time they see his little face. By the end of every visit he’s cheesing coming out of their office. Thanks bright pediatrics! We love you guys!!!

The front desk ladies are always so welcoming & extra sweet to everyone ❣️ this practice loves taking care of kids… we’ve been going here for 9 years … it doesn’t matter which Dr we see they make my kids feel loved & my kids never fuss about going (even when it’s a shot visit ) Miranda & Shay are a few of our other favorites 🌺

• AEBK The ft o location is wonderful! Everyone, from office staff to the nurses and doctors, are phenomenal! I have had nothing but great experiences at the location. My 2 girls absolutely love Dr Townes! Dr Townes genuinely cares about my kid’s health and is interested in their hobbies. The nurses are very nice and funny and help to put my kid’s nerves at ease. Even the staff working in the office have a great attitude. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a great group of people that want the best for your child.

• Gina H We love Sara Holcomb. I try and schedule my kids appointments with her everytime. She is so patient and explains things to where me as a parent can understand them plus takes the time to hear my thoughts and concerns.

• Nina T So far they're excellent with my newborn. You can get emergency appointments same day or early morning next. They allow 15 minute late time limit which as a new mom juggling on just how long it actually takes to get myself ready and a new baby is a challenge. I find it to be kind of them as we adjust to new things. I thought I gave myself plenty of time get ready and learned quickly I was wrong. So I called the lady in office and she was nice about it and I made it within my 15 minute window. Thank you to everyone I've met so far! No complaints!

• Hilary C We love Bright Pediatrics. Everyone is just wonderful! They never rush through our appointments, every doctor is amazing, & always answers all of our questions! (No matter how many we ask.) They make sure that they explain everything & never leave us with any questions or confusion. All of our children are seen here & we have never had a negative experience. The wait time is never long at all. Which is something that we appreciate. Just being a large family is busy, with never enough time, so we appreciate being able to get our children's visits knowing that it isn't going to be an all day task. We love all of the doctors here!

• Jamie S Dr. Townes is a wonderful doctor! She was very knowledgeable and her professionalism was very apparent during my newborns one month check up. We did not feel rushed and all our questions were addressed and answered. She was such a huge help with me being a first time mom. Thank you for taking such great care of my newborn. It was a blessing.

• Dana S My baby 10 month old was sick since beginning of April. Sometimes stuff happens and our doctor from Calhoun unfortunately couldn’t fix the infection. We went through a high fever 106-107, cough, nose running, ear infections, congestion’s. I really felt myself helpless, till today. Today was a first time we visit Bright Pediatrics, Dr. Deweese went through all steps, actions as a professional doctor and I hope our baby will feel good and healthy. I appreciate for hope and your professionalism!

I want to personally thank Yulissa for all of her help!!!! She is so kind. She always has the biggest smile. On the phone or in person she is always beyond helpful. • Kristin S Been going here since my eldest was 2 months old (she is 9 years old now.) I take all 3 of my kids here, and I can honestly say, my recommended physicians are definitely Caroline Hedrick & Andrew Fournet! They truly have compassion, and love my children! They treat mine like their own, and it means alot to me! Caroline has been wonderful all these years, and she always gives my babies hugs and truly cares for them! Andrew Fournet is also the same way!

• Brielle N We drive 35 minutes to Bright Peds cause we are soooo pleased with the care we’ve received. They always make us a priority when my toddler is sick and they get us right in and out for well visits too. We love Dr. Miranda, but have never seen someone who wasn’t fantastic at this location! They are all very respectful of parent decisions, are playful and disarming with my son, and very professional with medical questions and information. I am so grateful! 🙌🏼

• Tisa D Dr. Centerwall was really nice and the nurse was great too. My granddaughter, 6 year old, did very well with the COVID and Flu test with the nurse and Dr. Centerwall, as usual, was on spot with his examination and good manner. We appreciate all the staff at Bright. Amanda is always so sweet and the front desk is nice as well with our check in. We love the car check in that allows us to go straight to the room when one is ready. Thank you Bright Pediatric

• Jennifer V We went to see Dr. Townes, who is the best pediatrician! She has been my son’s pediatrician since he was born in January 2023 and when I make appointments I schedule with her. Sometimes I’m unable to see her but that’s rare because when someone comes in the room if it’s not her, I just ask for her and typically I’m accommodated.. She is kind and professional and genuine above all. we even moved to Chattanooga and it’s kind of a trip for us to go there, but I would rather drive a little further to know I have good care.. she is not a medication pusher, but someone who wants to truly help heal your child with whatever remedies help before medication.

• Sherri-Lyn D We had a bad experience with our first pediatrician and Bright got us an appointment the next business day. They were understanding about our caution and made sure to inform us of everything they were doing. So far, they have been amazing and they always make sure to listen to us. As first-time parents, it's refreshing to be heard and understood. Also, our son loves to give little smirks to the nurses. So glad we found this pediatricians' office!

• Lizzie M We've got 2 little ones at Bright Peds and have been there for 5 years. The staff is always kind and helpful and they take great care of my kids who are constantly bringing home a new virus from school. I would give 5 stars, but wait time is 50/50. I've waited 15 minutes once in a room, and we've waited for almost an hour once in a room. More space and a couple more practitioners would be amazing, but we're staying either way.

• Staci W Friendly and helpful office staff. The nurse was kind and recognized my son was feeling real bad at our visit. She turned the light off in the exam room and open the blinds slightly, because he had a horrible headache and the over head light was making it worse. The PA was great as well.

• Mrs. C The doctor was fantastic we only see Dr fournet however I asked an intake nurse lady for Tylenol before vaccines and she had an attitude I had to asked a second time ten minutes later she said she would grab it in a minute (20 minutes after the first ask) the lady with the vaccines didn’t have the Tylenol so I had her go get me someone! Outside of the lady with an attitude this office is wonderful!

• Tricia S My daughter saw Megan today. We typically see Dr. Foumet whom we have always had an awesome experience with, but wanted a female for this visit. We really loved Megan. My daughter felt extremely comfortable with her and she explained every detail of the process with my daughter during the appointment. We've been going to Bright Pediatrics since we moved to Ringgold about 5 years ago and have always had a great experience.

Wait time is never long. Staff is very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend this pediatrician office.

• Alicia B I drive from Alabama just so my kids and keep their same doctors, Caroline and Miranda. They are the only two my kids see. We saw Caroline today in the fort O office, and as always no complaints! I absolutely LOVE her. She answered every question I had, listened and helped. Same with the lady’s at the front and the nurse who brought us to our room (I can’t remember her name as today was the first time seeing her, but she was great!)

• Ashley T I have been taking my kids here since birth and they have been nothing less than amazing! I am now seeing their lactation consultant, Brianna Cook, and she has saved my breastfeeding journey! Making appointments have always been super easy and they’re quick to get you in. The nurses and doctors actually listen to you and don’t brush you off. I’m super blessed to have found an office I feel safe bringing my children in! They also have an after hour line that has saved me ER visits multiple times! I simply cannot boast enough on the staff there!

We saw Dr. Fortness and he took time to listen to concers, and informed me of situations I hadn't thought of, and wasn't pushy about procedures I am against. The staff there was easy to get a hold of, schedule appointments, and appeared to enjoy where they worked. I would definitely recommend this place for the care of your children.

• Wittney H Everyone was kind and helpful at my daughter's well check. I took off a star because I was shocked at how the doctor handled the physical examination. She told my daughter she was going to examine her private area and I interrupted and said "first of all, let's ask her if that's okay!". It should be common courtesy to ask consent to anyone who is old enough to converse with you. We should always give our kids the opportunity to speak up if they are uncomfortable.

• Sierra All the staff is so well mannered and have such great personalities. Really adore the staff and of course our favorite miss Caroline. They are all fantastic with kiddos. Very well trained and enjoy their job. Ur kid is top priority. They do everything to make sure ur kiddo feels better. They really are the best.

Since she’s been born we’ve been here about 3 times and seen Dr. Centerwall and each time everyone has been so nice and helpful. They answer each question or concern we’ve had as new parents without making us feel silly. Definitely recommend this place.
