Dr. Townes, a Board Certified pediatrician hailing from Lubbock, Texas, brings a wealth of expertise and passion to the field of pediatrics. Graduating from Texas Tech University with a double major in Biochemistry and Spanish, she went on to pursue her medical education at The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Following her dedication to serving children, she returned to Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center to complete her residency in Pediatrics.

Beyond her professional achievements, Dr. Townes finds immense joy in her personal life. Happily married and a mother to two young boys whom she cherishes, she fosters a love for outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and engaging in playtime. Driven by her commitment to the well-being of children and thriving families, she channels her passion into her practice.

Dr. Townes is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatrics at both national and state levels, further illustrating her dedication to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in the field. Furthermore, her fluency in Spanish allows her to effectively communicate and connect with diverse patient populations.
