Meet Brianna Cook, our dedicated Certified Lactation Consultant serving both of our clinic's locations. Born and raised in Dalton, Brianna has always had a passion for supporting families and nurturing the well-being of infants and mothers.

Brianna's journey began at Bright Pediatrics, where she received her primary care as a child until the age of 18. She went on to graduate from Southeast High School and embarked on her educational pursuits at Dalton State. After two years, Brianna transferred to GNTC, where she was accepted into the esteemed Lactation Program and obtained certification in Early Childhood Care and Education.

In late 2020, Brianna earned her diploma in Human Lactation, a significant achievement that propelled her towards her ultimate goal of becoming an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). In early 2021, she successfully passed the rigorous board examination, solidifying her position as an expert in the field. As an IBCLC, Brianna possesses the highest level of certification attainable in lactation support, allowing her to practice globally.

Currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Maternal Child Health and Human Lactation at Union Institute & University, Brianna continues to deepen her knowledge and expertise. Her commitment to ongoing education ensures that she remains at the forefront of advancements in lactation care, enabling her to provide the best possible support to postpartum women.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Brianna nurtures her creativity and passion for music by playing the guitar and singing. She also finds solace in her faith and cherishes quality time with her family. As a Certified Disney Travel Agent, Brianna loves assisting families in planning memorable vacations to the magical world of Disney.

Brianna's true calling, however, lies in making a positive difference in the lives of postpartum women. She is dedicated to empowering new mothers, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and understood throughout their breastfeeding journey. With her compassionate approach and extensive expertise, Brianna strives to create a strong support system within the community for mothers seeking guidance and encouragement.
