Connie Middleton MSN, FNP, BC
Connie is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who joined the team in August of 2018. She graduated with her BSN in 1997 from the University of West Georgia and completed her Master’s in nursing from Emory University in 1998. She has over 25 years nursing experience in multiple different settings including community and public health. Connie love spending time with her family and traveling.
